There is no hospital in the entire globe that can function or operate without nurses, that is why there is a great need to create nursing job vacancies in all the hospitals where they still have problems with nurse shortage either because of the nurses who have retired, transferred, quite their nursing jobs for one reason or another, nurses who have been fired for various reasons, those who have fallen ill in such a way that they can no longer work or those who have passed on. These nurses need to be replaced before those hospitals start experiencing nurse shortages which is crippling to the hospitals. Nurses reduce work load and also assist in taking care of patients, they actually make the doctors work very easy. They also help save a lot of lives, when they are enough they are able to do their work more easily and effectively. When there is a shortage, they get very over worked and that is why some times they seem very gloomy.
